Aviburger Restaurant: burgers with Venezuelan flavor in Madrid
Aviburger is the first restaurant in Spain of the Venezuelan chain Ávila Burger. It opened in November 2017 with a proposal similar to that presented in its country of origin, but with the respective adaptations to the Spanish market. The result is exquisite and abundant.
I love hamburgers, especially those that are so big that it's hard for you to bite them and you end up filling your salsa clothes. If that does not happen, then you have not eaten a hamburger as it should be.
In Madrid there are good places to eat hamburgers, in fact there is a lot of competition. In some places the thing described in the previous paragraph happens: getting dirty to the shoes. Aviburger is one of them. The hamburgers are big, as they say in Venezuela "they are exploited" and this is nice friends.
Well, let's talk about what's important.
What to eat at the Aviburger restaurant
Hamburgers! Sure!
There is a variety to choose from: veal of 170 or 210 grams and 11 different flavors. Or if you prefer chicken, you have 2 types to choose from.
But there's more! Salads and tickets to share where the classic tequeños, onion rings, arepas with cheese, crispy chicken and similar funny things stand out.
If you like it, you can order a dish to share with a mix of different entries ( the one in the photo).
Milkshakes, desserts , coffee and several drinks complete the menu.
Regarding the burgers I tried two: The banquito , which includes male plantain.

And the call Platos del Diablo de chistorra which is a savagery
Remember, as long as you go to mer burgers, anywhere on earth, ask for undercooked meat, or at the most, to the point, anything else is a carnivorous sin.
Aviburger restaurant location
Aviburger is in Calle San Bernardo 97, a few meters from San Bernardo metro (Lines 2 and 4). It is open every day from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays close at 24:00.
